Equipment Sustaining Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for sustaining Die Attach production equipment to ensure high availability, reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

What you need to have:

• Maintain equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Perform equipment qualification.
• Optimize machine parameters.
• Improve PM effectiveness.
• Support spare part management.
• Analyze equipment trends.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Support equipment upgrades.

What you need to do:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years semiconductor equipment experience.
• Knowledge of Die Attach equipment.
• PLC and servo troubleshooting is an advantage.
