Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Data Reporting Executive (Excel - Data Operations) di PERSOL APAC Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g. productivity, campaign, contest, performance tracking).
• Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel files, shared folders, internal systems).
• Update existing report templates accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform basic data validation to ensure completeness and consistency before submission.
• Maintain structured datasets for recurring reports.

Operational Support:

• Assist in maintaining report version control and proper documentation for audit trail purposes.
• Support report uploads, distributions, and filing in shared folders.

Administrative / Process Support:

• Support reporting timelines during peak periods (e.g. month-end, campaign closing).
• Assist seniors in preparing summary tables or trackers for management review.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data.

Learning & Development:

• Learn reporting logic, business rules, and campaign mechanics.
• Gradually take ownership of assigned reports under supervision.
• Suggest simple process improvements (e.g. checklist, tracker) where applicable.

Job Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn advanced formulas and reporting functions.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling numerical data and reports.
• Able to follow instructions effectively and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment while adhering to established procedures.
