ABOUT US

THE ROLE

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the whole stack — backend, web, mobile, and the infrastructure that ties it all together. You'll build features end to end, from the database and API through to the interfaces people actually use, and help keep everything running smoothly in production. You'll work closely with a lean team, which means real ownership of what you build and seeing your work go live quickly.

We take an AI-oriented approach to development — you'll be encouraged to use AI tools to prototype quickly, work smarter, and ship faster.

This is a mid-level role. You don't need years of senior experience — if you're solid across the stack, curious, and eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot

• Develop web interfaces with React and TypeScript

• Develop and improve our mobile app with React Native

• Design and work with databases — both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

• Handle DevOps: containerize with Docker, set up CI/CD pipelines, and deploy and maintain services on AWS

• Write clean, testable, maintainable code across the stack

• Collaborate on features, code reviews, and product decisions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Around 2–4 years of professional software development experience (strong early-career developers are welcome to apply)

• Solid experience with Java Spring Boot

• Experience building web frontends with React and TypeScript

• Hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and how web, mobile, and backend fit together

• Comfortable working with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases

• Comfortable with DevOps basics — Docker, CI/CD, and deploying to the cloud (AWS)

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

• A problem-solver who communicates well and enjoys working in a small team

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code or container orchestration (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or automated testing tools

• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum team

• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing what you've built
