Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Commissioning & Qualification Lead with a strong experience in pharma sector to support our projects in Singapore.

Key responsabilities:

• Lead Commissioning & Qualification (CQV) execution for assigned systems and process areas.
• Develop CQV strategies, execution plans, and supporting procedures.
• Coordinate commissioning activities across Engineering, Operations, QA, EHS, Automation, and external vendors.
• Review and approve CQV protocols, test scripts, deviations, and change controls.
• Support Mechanical Completion, construction walkdowns, and system handovers.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
• Report progress, milestones, risks, and issues to project leadership.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Commissioning & Qualification (CQV) experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading CQV field execution on large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and Risk-Based Validation principles.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

• HVAC & Cleanrooms
• Drug Linker / API Manufacturing
• Thermal Mapping
• Laboratory & Analytical Systems

First Project you will be assigned to:
