Role Description The Customer Program Specialist III is a full-time, on-site role based in Simpang Ampat. This role coordinates and manages customer programs, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into accurate internal actions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring order status, tracking delivery schedules, preparing customer reports, and maintaining up-to-date program documentation. The specialist works closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, analyzing program performance data, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.

• Experience in customer-facing roles within manufacturing, semiconductor, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools and ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
