Information Technology Operations Manager – Growing Commercial Organisation (Singapore)

A rapidly expanding commercial organisation is strengthening its technology backbone and is seeking an Information Technology Operations Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary team covering service management, cloud & infrastructure, workplace technology, and venue operations. This leadership role is central to operational resilience, service excellence, and the stability of core technology platforms across the business.

About the Role

As the Information Technology Operations Manager, you will oversee the full operational technology landscape, governing a managed‑service ecosystem and driving standards, performance, and continuous improvement across four key domains:

• Service Management – Lead ITSM processes, SLA governance, and the weekly service review cycle. Define how IT services are requested, delivered, and measured across the organisation.
• Infrastructure & Cloud – Provide technical oversight of the Azure cloud environment, manage MSP performance, ensure robust backup/DR capabilities, and optimise cloud costs to maintain platform stability and operational continuity.
• Venue & Network Technology – Oversee the physical venue technology layer, including network performance, Wi‑Fi management, and event‑day technology support. Act as the primary IT interface with Facilities for all venue‑side systems.
• Workplace Technology – Manage end‑user computing, device provisioning, Intune administration, and new‑starter IT setup. Ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT support in partnership with the helpdesk provider.
