Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Planner di GREATECH INTEGRATION (M) SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Must understand the process flow for sheet metal fabrication / CNC machining processes.

To supervise BOM Processing progress & Status.

To review & monitor commit plan to meet schedule plan

To review & approve raw material purchase requisition & ensure material availability to support production.

To review & approve subout requisition based of capacity plan & leadtime available to meet required date.

To monitor shipment arrangement to meet OTD.

Plan and review schedules to fully utilize machine capacity and to meet project schedule.

Communicate with Purhasing department to resolve potential pull in/push out or raw material related issues.

Strategize & monitor Production Schedule Prioritization when needed to meet urgent project schedules.

To prepare production report weekly/monthly review.

To monitor ECN implementation status.

Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
