Responsibilities:

• Foster a welcoming and professional environment for residents, staff, and guests.
• Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee the security team and ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents.
• Implement and enforce building rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and financial reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Supervise on-site staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and security personnel.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building management, preferably in high-end residential properties.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (a plus).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
