Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily TikTok live schedules.
• Prepare product, pricing and promotional mechanics before each live session.
• Monitor live performance, engagement and technical flow during streaming.
• Update product listings, pricing and stock availability in TikTok Shop.
• Track order, payment status, and customer inquiries during and after live sessions.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistic team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily/weekly live performance reports (sales, viewers, conversion, best-selling products).
• Support planning of special campaigns, mega sale days and promotional bundles.
• Keep updated with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to enhance live performance.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business/ E-Commerce or any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling e-commerce, social media live streaming or online sales coordination.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Live, TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations.
• Troubleshooting skills to quickly address technical issues during live.
• Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Able to handle unexpected challenges and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure a smooth livestream experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
