Job Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administrative support are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain effective filing systems (both electronic and hardcopy) to ensure records are easily retrievable.
  • Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
