Role

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor daily delivery, collection, and return activities.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and stock movements.
  • Assist in handling market returns, deliveries, and receiving processes.
  • Maintain and monitor company testers inventory and distribution.
  • Prepare aging reports for POSM and inventory status reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Resolve delivery issues and support operational requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good initiative and common sense
