Accounts Executive - Property Division

What you'll do
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable — from invoice verification and payment processing to billing and collections
2. Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries
3. Support audit preparation with schedules and listings
4. Maintain fixed asset registers and proper filing systems

What you'll bring:
-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
-1–2 years of relevant experience
-Solid grasp of Excel and Microsoft Office
-Familiarity with accounting systems (UBS, MS Dynamics/D365) is a plus
-A team player with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently
