Role Description :

• Plans, directs and coordinates preparation of project documentation
• Schedules due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents
• Monitors status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule
• Submits project documentation to management for approval and transmits approved documents to customer

Qualifications :

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business administration, engineering (mechanical/electronic), Telecommunications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adept in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills since you need to communicate with clients
• Can work in pressure and fast paced
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• MALAYSIAN citizens only
• Can start work immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
