1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for regular maintenance on EPA and ESD 4M Monitoring System
• Installation of ESD 4M Protection Items (ESD Mat, Wrist Straps, Monitoring Module, Ionizers and etc.)
• Conduct regular audits and verification of ESD work areas, tools, materials, and equipment/machines to ensure compliance with ANSI ESD S20.20 standards
• Compile and update audit reports, test reports, and improvement plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist ESD Specialist to perform new production line ESD verification, and new material verification
• Assist ESD Specialist to follow-up for closure of ESD finding
• Performs ESD inspection, measurement on incoming materials, complied with ANSI ESD S20.20 Standard
• Assist the ESD Specialist with daily ESD issues, E-data, and other assignments
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing and quality assurance
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ANSI ESD S20.20 Standard
• Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office applications
• Able to support overtime and work in shifts
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent results
• Remains enthusiastic and efficient under pressure

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
