Key Responsibilities
1. Receiving & Warehousing
  • Unload, check, and verify incoming deliveries of raw materials and parts against delivery orders and purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
  • Properly label, barcode, and store materials in designated bin locations.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
  • Issue materials and parts to production or assembly lines based on approved requisitions and the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time stock records using ERP systems.
3. Production Support & Kitting
  • Prepare material "kits" required for daily assembly or manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure production receives required materials in a timely manner.
4. Packing & Dispatch
  • Pack finished manufactured goods securely, applying proper labels and safety compliance for shipment.
  • Assist with loading delivery vehicles and ensuring outbound manifests are accurate.
5. Health & Safety
  • Consistently practice 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the store and warehouse clean.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Core Requirements
  • Education: SPM or equivalent; relevant certificate in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (typically up to 20–25 kg) and stand or walk for long periods.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry) and familiarity with ERP software is highly beneficial.
  • Certifications: A valid forklift driving license is a strong advantage.
