1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting SMT process activities and troubleshooting engineering issues
• Assist in preparing process instructions and documentation for manufacturing
• Support in data collection for DFM reports, GR&R, CpK, and FMEA studies
• Assist in stencil and pallet design activities under supervision
• Gain hands-on experience in reflow, wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press fit, and PCBA cleaning processes
• Support process improvement activities to enhance yield, quality, and reduce scrap and cycle time
• Assist in engineering change implementation and process evaluations
• Support new product, process, tooling, equipment, and technology transfers
• Prepare and compile data, reports, or recommendations for review by senior engineers or management
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for management as required
• Understand customer expectations and support the team in meeting quality and delivery targets
• Exposure to DEK, ASM, AOI, X-ray, Router machines will be an added advantage
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to assist in preparing and reviewing engineering documents and reports.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Minitab is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, with good self-motivation and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
