Sepenuh Masa QC Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Times Ceramica Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Experience: 3 years' experience in inspection and quality systems, in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Possession of minimum a SPM. Further qualifications will be a plus.

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

2. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia/English.

6. Familiar with ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the QAQC team including hiring, training and performance management.

2. Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures and work instructions in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

3. Plan and execute quality audits, inspections and tests to assess compliance with specifications, standards and customer requirements.

4. Identify quality issues, deviations or non-conformances and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.

5. Investigate quality incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive process improvements.

7. Provide guidance and support to staff on quality standards, procedures and best practices.

8. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results and corrective actions taken.

9. Prepare and present reports on quality performance metrics, trends and areas for improvement to management.

10. Stay updated on changes to regulatory requirements and industry standards affecting quality assurance/control activities.

11. Promotes culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement throughout the company.

12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
