Kerja Sepenuh Masa Milling - Lathe Programmer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di CNC Metal Machining Selangor - Maukerja

1. Operation and maintenance of vertical machine center.

2. Program roller and conveyor parts using Mastercam X6 Software

3. Machining of all parts as designed from tooling board, Acrylic, plastics and aluminum materials

4. Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule

5. Prepare 2D/3D Programme and data transfer to machine

6. Responsibilities include verification of clients drawing and issuing drawings in job cards to production center for machining, inspection of machining before and after hardening at the end the final inspection is done.

7. Assist engineering department head on any other job related issue.

8. Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D Engineering drawing.

9. Plan and monitor the projects until all the machining operations are completed

10. Manage projects based on customer specifications and requirements

11. Trouble shoot and fine tune machining operations during trial

12. Work closely with other staff to achieve company’s objective of efficient production and good quality at minimum cost.

13. Teach and impart knowledge to the local programmers.

Requirement
1. Preferably Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent with

3 Years minimum experience

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
