Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di M & N Furniture Trading Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team in daily operations.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, loading, picking, packing, and arranging stock when required.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and ensure orders are prepared on time.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform hands-on warehouse duties and support the team whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Willing to perform both supervisory and hands-on warehouse duties.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and inventory systems).
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
