WE ARE HIRING | Customer Service Advisor
Location: Menara Iskandar Investment, Johor
Salary: Up to RM2,800
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer service experience is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Able to work in a rotational shift schedule
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers’ concerns
- Assist customers with service-related issues and requests
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system
