Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Executive (Account Payable), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di ALLIANCE EMPIRE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

· Maintain and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis

· Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

· Review and process expenses vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment, reconcile monthly statements from vendors

· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

· Monitor and report variances to senior management

· Provide financial analysis, plans, targets, and business drivers

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions and deposits.

· Assist with internal and external audit processes

· Review financial documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

· Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

· Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of financial status and discrepancies

· Interact with external parties such as vendors, consultants, and professional services personnel

· Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements

Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

· Proven experience as an accounts executive or senior executive or similar role

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
