• Meet with clients to present, discuss, and identify their objectives and goals.
• Determine the best methodology to use, based on the client’s objectives and goals.
• Set up a data crawler for data gathering purposes.
• Perform data cleaning and filter out irrelevant data.
• Code a high volume of data on social media users’ activities.
• Integrate all the categorized data and summarize with actionable insightful information.
• Present gained insights to all levels of client representatives,ranging from C-Suite, C-Level, to Heads of Departments.
• Provide advice as a subject matter expert, based on insights gathered. Intermediate experience in Marketing, PR or Branding is preferred.
• Provide service and consultancy to local and regional clients.
• To plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of tools and overall operations processes.
• Function as a key project manager, handling the entire sales to operations handover all through to renewal of Client contract.
• To lead and inspire junior Corporate Insights Analysts in the understanding of analyst workflow: data coding, creating coding instructions, setup up tech campaigns, both standard and brand level campaign setup, exclusions application, using various tools to extract data, report creating & presenting.
• Keeping teammates motivated, resolving conflicts, making hard decisions on behalf of the team and taking responsibility for your decisions.
• Exhibit integrity & build trust among teammates.
• Monitor quality of work & SLA adherence.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
