Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Team in Kota Damansara. The role will focus on managing the company’s full set of accounts, Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and bank reconciliation.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and timely.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial risk management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Assist with audit documentation and annual report preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams on finance-related matters.
• Perform other ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and general ledger accounting.
• Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and handle deadlines effectively.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
