Your impact
The Architectural Revit Modeler is a junior-level BIM professional responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of architectural BIM models for data center and building projects. The role focuses on producing accurate Revit models and drawings under the guidance of senior modellers, BIM coordinators, and project teams. The Architectural Revit Modeler is expected to develop technical BIM skills, follow established standards, and contribute to the delivery of coordinated and high-quality project models.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update architectural Revit models based on design drawings, mark-ups, and instructions from project leads.
Model architectural elements including walls, doors, windows, floors, ceilings, finishes, and architectural components in accordance with project requirements.
Assist in preparing drawings, schedules, model views, sheets, and project documentation.
Apply project BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and modelling guidelines.
Update models to reflect design revisions and coordination changes.
Work closely with architectural teams, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines to support project delivery.
Participate in model coordination and clash detection activities.
Assist in identifying and resolving simple modelling and coordination issues.
Communicate model updates and raise technical issues to senior team members when required.
Perform basic model checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain organized project files within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Ensure architectural models align with design intent and approved project information.
Follow company BIM standards and quality procedures
Here's what you'll need
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design, or a related discipline.
Typically 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or BIM modelling.
intermediate proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit
AutoCAD
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Understanding of architectural construction and detailing principles.
Desired experience & skills:
Exposure to BIM project environments through academic, internship, or professional experience.
Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and modelling best practices.
Basic knowledge of coordination tools such as Navisworks.
Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE) is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
