As a Maintenance & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring that tenants' maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tenants' maintenance enquiries, feedback, and requests.
• Monitor and update maintenance tickets on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and assign maintenance work to the in-house maintenance team.
• Arrange appointments with contractor and tenants for maintenance inspections and repair works.
• Liaise with contractors for quotations, repair works, and project coordination.
• Purchase and place orders for maintenance materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with owners when approval is required for maintenance works or purchases.
• Follow up on the progress of maintenance works and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports when required.
• Perform any other operational or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
