1.Provide exceptional customer service to clients involved in the export of ISO tanks.

2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company's services, products, and pricing.

3. Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.

4. Process orders, create internal jobs, and send ISO releases based on details from Operations.

5. Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

6. Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments relevant to ISO tank exports.

8. Maintain accurate and organized customer records and communication logs.

9. Support sales efforts by providing information and assistance to potential clients.

10. Provide accurate and competitive rates and quotes to customers based on their specific requirements.

11. Coordinate with customers to gather necessary information and documentation for booking orders

12. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, including scheduling, tank availability, and transportation arrangements.

13. Communicate with customers regarding order status updates, changes, and any potential issues or delays.

14. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns.

15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
