Full Time LEASING EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in CHJ Property Kedah - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable tenants in line with the approved tenant mix strategy
• Conduct lease negotiations and prepare leasing proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support leasing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams for tenant fit-out, handover, and store opening
• Track leasing performance against targets and provide regular updates
• Support renewal negotiations and tenant retention strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of retail market dynamics
• Results-driven with strong business acumen

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
