Kerja Sepenuh Masa Building and Facilities Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Parkland Group Melaka - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) items inclusive of but not limited to Sub Switch Boards, Transformers, Electrical Safety Relays, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and Gensets
• Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
• Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
• Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
• Experience in simple carpentry and plumbing work.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a recognized trade qualification.
• Experience in facility management is an added advantage.
• Possession of relevant technical competencies (e.g., AO Chargeman, or other mechanical/electrical/building certifications) is an added advantage.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and wiring is preferred.
• Good technical, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Familiar with relevant building regulations, fire safety requirements, and local standards.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
