Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, coordinate soil disposal logistics with project teams, maintain accurate records, prepare claims, and ensure timely data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily operational activities.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • Assist in coordinating lorries and Registered Excavator Operators (REOs) to ensure the timely and efficient transportation of soil to designated external disposal sites.
  • Liaise and coordinate with project and site teams on soil disposal activities and deliveries to the storage area.
  • Perform accurate data entry of daily job sheets.
  • Record and update daily soil disposal movement and volume information.
  • Prepare and process claims for external soil disposal chits.
  • Maintain and organize departmental records through both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or HOD.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, project coordination, or project support roles. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of project documentation, reporting, and claims processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week.
  • Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
