About the Roles

Join a manufacturing environment in Tai Seng as a Production Operator, where you will work on a 5-day shift schedule in a permanent position. This role offers a basic salary with overtime pay, along with structured training for those new to the industry, making it a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in electronics production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and inspect PCBs and electronic components based on provided technical drawings and work instructions.
• Operate production line equipment, including performing start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Monitor product quality, detect defects, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Record production output, quality results, and other relevant data accurately in logs or systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while ensuring materials and supplies are replenished.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and report any irregularities to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O Levels or an equivalent qualification.
• Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided.
