Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Azure DevOps, Databricks, and Agentic AI implementations, with hands-on experience in orchestration, multi-agent communication, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and AI solutions.

Build and support Agentic AI workflows, including multi-agent orchestration and communication.

Develop and optimize solutions using Databricks (DBx).

Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Manage agent memory, workflow orchestration, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Minimum 6 years of experience in Python development.

Strong hands-on experience with Python.

Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience with Databricks (DBx).

Experience building or supporting Agentic AI solutions.

Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration and communication.

Experience with memory management for AI agent development.

Exposure to production support, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure cloud services.

Knowledge of AI/LLM frameworks and orchestration platforms.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
