- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of e-Invoicing, Withholding Tax, and related accounting practices will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle a full set of accounts and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and related accounting tasks.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and assist with monthly account closing.
- Prepare month-end reports, monthly commission calculations, and directors' claims.
- Prepare monthly intercompany billings and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
