• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• For Senior Project Engineer: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a project engineering role.
• For Project Engineer: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in using electrical design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

 Competency Requirement

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects.
• Design electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate and manage electrical engineering activities to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure all electrical engineering work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality and compliance of electrical installations.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in the engineering work.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical work.
