We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our sales operations across both online and offline channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are well-informed, and internal teams are aligned for smooth fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and process sales orders from both online and offline channels in a

timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate closely with customers regarding:

Delivery schedules

Payment processes and confirmations

Exchanges, returns, and after-sales enquiries

General product or order-related questions

Liaise with internal teams, including Operations and Finance, to ensure orders are

properly recorded, scheduled, and fulfilled.

Prepare and issue sales-related documentation, including:

Invoices

Delivery Orders (DO)

Quotations

Other relevant sales paperwork as required

Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper documentation for audit and

reporting purposes.

Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to ensure

a smooth customer experience.
