Kelayakan
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of purchasing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Able to commit to the internship/training period as required by the company.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in purchasing activities, including preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining procurement records.
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Support logistics operations by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory monitoring, stock counting, and inventory record updates.
- Prepare and organize purchasing, shipping, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Learn supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and supply chain performance tracking.
- Gain exposure to supply chain documentation practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and departmental projects.
- Develop practical skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
