Performance Tracking: Monitor driver KPIs, on-time delivery rates, and mileage to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
Driver Training: Coordinate the training of new drivers, conduct on-road riding evaluations, and provide safety refresher courses.
Customer Service & Compliance
Problem Solving: Manage contingencies—such as manpower shortages, extreme weather, or vehicle breakdowns—by rearranging tasks to minimize productivity impacts.
