Job Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and service team.
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Train and guide service staff on service standards and company SOPs.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and workplace hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory and order restaurant supplies when required.
• Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Experience supervising service staff and managing daily restaurant operations.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
