The candidate is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to the company’s business growth, market expansion, and brand visibility. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, the role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, commercial acumen, and effective project coordination skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and present partnership proposals, business cases, and collaboration plans.
• Coordinate and execute partnership initiatives, campaigns, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Track and monitor partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure successful execution of partnership activities.
• Support contract discussions, negotiations, and partnership onboarding processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to travel for work as required, including for meetings with potential partners, business engagements, networking events, and industry-related activities.
