Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • Providing administrative support;
  • Filing of maintenance documents and updating of maintenance database;
  • Manning the maintenance helpline and ensuring all issues and complaints are promptly attended and responded to;
  • Planning of maintenance schedules for teams;
  • Directing maintenance requests to maintenance IC and coordinating with clients and the maintenance team on servicing requests;
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and quotations for maintenance services and works to clients;
  • Responsible for sending out survey forms and compiling results.
