In-Charge of an outlet operation
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organise
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer payments efficiently
Support inventory management through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiative
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
