About the Role

• Provide direct support to patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals
• Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g. Height and weight measurements, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse)
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle paperwork to facilitate smooth clinic operations
• Uphold infection control and safety standards within the clinic
• Handle appointment booking and billing transactions
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

What We Are Looking For

• Min 1-3 years of relevant work experience in clinic settings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
