• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

• Basic knowledge in networking and PC troubleshooting

• Familiarity with web-based systems and IT environments

• Strong interest in IT support and systems operations

• Provide first-level support for IT systems and applications used in manufacturing and operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve reported system, hardware, and network issues promptly.

• Monitor IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

• Analyse recurring incidents and service requests, and recommend improvements.

• Maintain and update system security patches and operating systems.

• Ensure all incidents and service requests are properly updated in the Service Desk system.

• Support network monitoring and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain network stability.

• Manage IT inventory and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

• Recommend replacement or upgrade of outdated IT equipment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
