About the Role

Wilmar Distribution is seeking a driven and versatile Trainee Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role designed for someone eager to learn the full breadth of our Food business from the ground up. You will not be confined to a single function or a fixed scope of work. Instead, you will contribute to multiple areas of the business as needs arise, gaining a holistic understanding of how an integrated food agribusiness operation runs.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will span the full value chain and shift according to business priorities. Over time you can expect to be involved in:

• Business Development — identifying new opportunities, supporting partnership discussions, and helping grow our distribution footprint.
• Sales — supporting account management, working with customers and retail channels, and assisting with order fulfilment and follow-up.
• Marketing — contributing to promotional planning, product positioning, and trade marketing activities.
• Procurement — sourcing, supplier coordination, cost analysis, and inventory considerations.
• Catering & Operations — supporting day-to-day operational activities and ad-hoc projects as they come up.
• General Support — taking on whatever the business needs at any given time, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
