Are you passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and have strong experience with Tekla Structures? Do you enjoy transforming engineering concepts into detailed fabrication and construction models?

Join a leading engineering and structural steel company where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM models for large-scale industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Tekla Structures for structural steel projects.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, GA drawings, erection drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and project teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues before construction.
• Produce Bills of Materials (BOM), material lists, and fabrication documentation.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Support project teams during design, fabrication, and construction phases.
• Assist with engineering revisions and implement changes in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably within the structural steel or construction industry.
• Strong hands-on experience using Tekla Structures (essential).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with structural steel detailing, fabrication drawings, and BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and detailing standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
