FINANCE EXECUTIVE

As part of our Finance Team in Civil Service Club, you will report to our Senior Assistant Manager, Finance and Manager, Finance & investments.

Responsibilities:

a)        Daily

•          Daily CMS posting of journal entry

•          Check online collections have been received successfully, email to room team if any failed transaction

•          Reconcile Cashbooks based on reports and physical collections

•          Checking on AR Invoices/Credit Note

•          Process refund when receive refund memo or email (Card & Online Only)

b)        Monthly / Month end closing

•          Prepare Statement of Account

•          Consolidated AR GIRO on mid and end of the month

•          Monthly receipt entry & journal entry for carpark income

•          Adjust prepaid vouchers

•          Ensure credit sales are tally with AR billing

•          Check FAVE vouchers redemption billed correctly

•          Journal entry for Room income

•          AR Accounting schedule

c) Other general accounting duties as assigned by Senior Assistant Manager, Finance or Manager, Finance & Investments

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accountancy

• Minimum 2-3 years related accounting experience

• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel spreadsheet

• Meticulous with strong analytical skills

• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills and a team player
