RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans and construction schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor expenditures and control project costs
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate project goals and updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Present updates to clients and senior management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in high-demand environments
- Comfortable operating in fast-track project settings
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to maintaining quality standards even in time-sensitive conditions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
