Job Summary:

The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department in daily administrative and data entry tasks. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely processing of finance-related information.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of financial documents into the accounting system.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain finance documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before filing.
• Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Support invoice matching and document reconciliation.
• Assist in updating vendor and customer records.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Finance Executive.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Location office: In front of MRT Semantan

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
