Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sprayer Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Kobay Technology Berhad Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and removing contaminants before painting.
• Mix paints, hardeners, thinners, and other coating materials according to the required specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related painting equipment.
• Apply primer, base coat, top coat, and other protective coatings using appropriate spray painting techniques.
• Monitor paint thickness, colour consistency, surface finish, and overall coating quality.
• Inspect painted products for defects such as runs, orange peel, uneven coating, contamination, or scratches, and perform touch-up work when required.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of spray equipment, booths, and work areas.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, quality requirements, and production schedules.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in the painting area.
• Record production data and complete required quality or production documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job RequirementsEducation

• Minimum SPM, SKM, Certificate, or Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial spray painting, wet painting, powder coating, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant technical training may be considered.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.
• Ability to operate spray guns, paint booths, and painting equipment.
• Knowledge of paint mixing ratios and coating specifications.
• Familiar with measuring paint thickness and visual quality inspection.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings where applicable.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
