Full Time Telephone Operator Jobs, in Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh Perak - Maukerja

Job Description:

• To answer all calls promptly and complying with the basic telephone courtesy protocol
• Respond to general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to the hospital services and facilities
• To determine the nature of the telephone calls and to clarify with the caller on the name of the consultant/doctor (where required)
• To direct calls to relevant departments
• Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Working experience in Telecommunication background is advantage.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
