Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Manage filing systems, documentation, and data entry.
  • Prepare letters, meeting minutes and basic correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and attend to general inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately using the accounting system.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing.
  • Maintain members' registration records and membership files.
  • Process membership applications, resignations, and updates.
  • Assist in organising Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Board Meetings.
  • Prepare cooperative reports and statutory documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8.00AM Unit 6.00PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
